Under the motto "Change through Innovation", the annual Innovation Day for SMEs 2023 of the Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection (BMWK) took place again on 15 June in Berlin. Alongside around 300 other exhibitors, the IASP was represented with the "LinCheese" project. This is the development of a fermented vegan cheese from local raw materials such as pulses and linseed. The project was presented by our food technologists Katja Andermann and Isis von Ulardt.
